Vorstellung der Schulung

Die Dauer des Management Trainings beträgt ein Jahr, mit zwei eintägigen Sitzungen pro Monat + individuelles Coaching.

Dieses Training richtet sich an Führungskräfte und Manager von Unternehmen und beinhaltet die Entwicklung eines persönlichen Projekts. Das Training wird ab September 2019 auf französisch angeboten

  • General Management
    Modul MANA-7-002-01 - 3 Tage

    Ziele:

    • Die grundlegenden und nachhaltigen Prinzipien des Managements verstehen
    • Konkrete Arbeitssituationen in einem analytischen Rahmens und verschiedener theoretischer Ansätze anwenden
  • Strategic Management
    Modul MANA-7-002-02 - 3 Tage

    Ziele:

    • Understand the basic and enduring principles of strategic and change management
    • Apply such knowledge in practical workplace situations
  • Project / Change Management
    Modul MANA-7-002-03 - 3 Tage

    Ziele:

    • Detailliert den Lebenszyklus eines typischen Projekts oder Portfolios von Projekten analysieren
    • Verschiedene Projekte strukturieren und synchronisieren
  • Organizational Behaviour
    Modul MANA-7-002-04 - 3 Tage

    Ziele:

    • Understand the basic and enduring principles developed from the study of individual and group behaviour as they apply to the workplace
    • Understand the principal historical and contemporary approaches to the study of individual and group behaviour
    • Apply a range of analytical frameworks and theoretical approaches to practical workplace situations
  • Leadership
    Modul MANA-7-002-06 - 3 Tage

    Ziele:

    • Understand the nature of leadership and its relevance in modern organizations
    • Distinguish the different leadership schools and their practical applications in everyday business life
    • Discuss emerging issues of leadership in our society
  • HR Management
    Modul MANA-7-002-05 - 3 Tage

    Ziele:

    • Understand the basic and enduring principles developed from the study of human resources management
    • Understand the principal historical and contemporary approaches to the study of human resources management
    • Apply a range of analytical frameworks and theoretical approaches to practical workplace situations
  • Communication
    Modul MANA-7-002-07 - 3 Tage

    Ziele:

    • Understand the basic concepts underlying different communication processes
    • Learn communication techniques in order to improve ones own communication skills.
